Exchange Policy:


1- The consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after seven days have passed.


2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the customer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The customer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In the case of international replacement, the customer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company.


3- In case of defects or errors in the product, the customer will be sent the same product that was purchased without any additional costs. Also, the purchase amount will be refunded to him. This is the least that can be done.
